2026 Annual Meeting
Our next Annual Meeting will be held on February 25, 2026 beginning at 7PM. We will host this meeting virtually on ZOOM. Check your email for the ZOOM link and financial documents, or view the latest financials on the Documents page. BOARD OF DIRECTORS POSITION OPENING. We have two positions available on the Board for 2026, and will be using a portion of the Annual Meeting to discuss current member renewal or to vote in a new homeowner. All interested homeowners must submit an application of interest prior to the meeting in order to be considered for the Board position. We really need your voice to help keep the community a great place to live, and hope you will consider joining the Board this year!
Holiday Jingle & Mingle
Join your neighbors for some holiday cheer to wrap up the year at our final Inverness Ridge Social gathering of 2025! We are showing some love to a different small business neighbor this year, gathering at Rancho El Molcajete on Veteran’s Memorial Highway. We’ll supply the margaritas, appetizers, gift card giveaways, games and merriment—all you have to bring is yourself! Join us on Sunday for our final Social gathering of 2024 at Los Bravos Mexican Restaurant! We’ll supply the margaritas, appetizers and merriment—just bring yourself! Anyone who stops by will also be entered into a raffle for a $25 Target gift card to help out with a last-minute gift for a loved one (or yourself—we won’t tell!) Labor Day Luau at the Pool
