About Inverness Ridge
Meet our HOA Board or join a neighborhood committee!
Our Board of Directors and accompanying Committees are run entirely by volunteers who live in our neighborhood. Their time and efforts giving back to our community help to keep Inverness Ridge a great place to live!

Board of Directors
Our board members hold voluntary elected positions voted on by members of the neighborhood, each serving 3-year terms.
The HOA’s annual meeting is held during the first quarter of each year, where directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. Positions cycle through a 2-2-1 cadence to maintain Board continuity between member shifts.
