Our next Annual Meeting will be held on January 29, 2025 beginning at 7PM. We will host this meeting virtually on ZOOM. Check your email for the ZOOM link and financial documents, or view the latest financials on the Documents page.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS POSITION OPENING

We will have one position available on the Board beginning in 2025, and will be using a portion of the Annual Meeting to discuss current member renewal or to vote in a new homeowner. All interested homeowners must submit an application of interest prior to the meeting in order to be considered for the Board position.

PROXY FORMS

If you do not intend to be present for the Annual Meeting but would like a neighbor to be able to vote on your behalf, please submit a proxy form prior to the meeting in order for your vote to be counted.

Join us on Sunday for our final Social gathering of 2024 at Los Bravos Mexican Restaurant! We'll supply the margaritas, appetizers and merriment—just bring yourself!

Anyone who stops by will also be entered into a raffle for a $25 Target gift card to help out with a last-minute gift for a loved one (or yourself—we won't tell!)

Halloween House Face-off

Who will claim the title for best-decorated Halloween House this year? Winner will claim bragging rights and a Publix gift card!

You've got until Monday, 10/28 to finalize the spooky details on your house. One winner will be announced at the Halloween Costume Parade on Thursday, 10/31 after in-person voting.
