Architectural Compliance Committee

What is the ACC?

The Architectural Compliance Committee oversees architectural requests and compliance of aesthetic standards across Inverness Ridge in order to maintain property values and keep the community looking consistent and clean. It is the duty of the ACC to review and approve all major exterior home improvements, including landscaping.

Violating ACC Guidelines

If the ACC finds a homeowner in violation of the architectural guidelines, the homeowner will be notified according to these stages:

Stage 1:
(Courtesy Letter)
14-day cure period

Stage 2:
(Escalation Period)
14-day cure period

Stage 3:
(Final Letter)
7-day cure period

Stage 4:
(Fine Letter)
$25 per day

If you would like to dispute a violation that you have received, you must submit a dispute in writing to acc@invernessridge.org detailing why you wish to dispute the violation. Be sure to attach any relevant documents or images to your email.

If you have a potential violation you’d like to report to the ACC, please email acc@invernessridge.org with a description and photos, if applicable.

Call Before You Dig

In addition to placing your formal request with the ACC regarding exterior home renovations, it is the law in the state of Georgia to have utility lines marked before conducting mechanized digging.

Calling Georgia 811 is one of the best ways to protect the public from harm, prevent utility service interruptions and avoid costly damage.
